Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire trailer Details
The teaser takes us to the made-up city of Khansaar, where invaders dubbed “more dangerous than Mahmud of Ghazni and Genghis Khan” have taken control. The city’s heir apparent is Prithviraj Sukumaran—that is, until the invaders launch a strong invasion and seize control.
Afterwards, Prithviraj calls upon his bollyhood buddy Deva (portrayed by Prabhas), who made a vow to always defend him and his people. After that, Deva goes back to Khansaar to seize the throne and exact revenge on his closest friend.
The teaser also has brief appearances by Jagapathi Babu and Shruti Haasan. In this action entertainment, which is yet another two-hero pan-Indian film similar to SS Rajamouli’s tentpole from last year RRR, which starred Ram Charan and Jr NTR, Prabhas and Prithviraj are seen teaming up and carrying a punch.
